It’s beyond of our imagination that the robot manufacturing technology got advanced much further. Last time I knew that Honda has succeded in mass production of ASIMO the human astronout like robo which can walk and greet real people. It’s surprising too, regarding news at Kompas Daily, UNECE (United Economic Commision for Europe and International Federation of Robotics) reported on 2003 there were 607.000 auto robots which function as housekeeper have been sold, most 570.000 units were functioned as floor cleaner and the rest were functioned as ‘mower’ 37.000 units of robots. Most are sold in Japan for 800.000 units while in US market less than 10% only. Well, this might be good to replace maid job into robot since machine never grumble.
What made me think crazy of this advancing robot technology, there is a company KOKORO (Sanrio group) has been researching and producing female androids which got looks and dress-up just like a real female human. They even had
joined certain exhibitions to promote and sell the androids.

they even have produced the recent type of Actroid-Der 3, the newest and might even better that previous ones.
KOKORO also provide services such as android rental for events and custom made order. Well you guess, 10 years after it won’t be impossible if these androids will wandering around at most exhibitions or Expo, the stand guides or Sales Promo Girls’ duties will be lesser then, at least no need for them standing around the stage for hours, cute female robots will replaced them someday. But do not ever think to exploit the robots too harsh, we won’t ever imagine if someday as Mr. Cameron’s vision becoming true, the obedient android since treated unfair by human then turn into the killer machine which hunt human and become Terminator. So.. if there’s a Humanism Society now, there will be Roboism Society too, oneday.
